As a frustrated “pro” athlete, I’ve provided many opportunities for Lauren and company. They’ve helped me to postpone knee replacement and rotator repair as well as stay in shape. I can’t say enough and expect to report big results as I rehab my cervical spine. Just the best!
I went to Functionize Health for dry needling and I got so much more than that. Lauren has been a great resource of information of how to take care of myself. I have been a jogger for over 20 years and I have learned why I have been dealing with knee and hip pain. Friendly and helpful staff. Sarah provided me with a huge improvement in my mobility. Each appointment is one on one so you get a full hour of therapy individualized for you. This makes each session worthwhile. I highly recommend Functionize and Sarah if you want serious therapy sessions.
Physical therapy is a must for postpartum mamas! Sarah and Lauren were both so professional and lovely to work with. Since working with them I feel like my body is back to normal and I am so grateful to this amazing team!

Sarah did an awesome job on my jaw TMJ. I went from expecting to have surgery on both sides of my jaw to having full range of motion with no pain. If you are looking at oral surgery, come see Sarah first!!!
Jake does a great job listening to what your issues and goals are and then is passionate about helping you achieve them. He does a lot of testing so you can see your incremental progress along the way. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for more mobility in their sport or just their daily life.
