I have been seeing Beth for as long as I can remember. She knows me better than any of my doctors and is a huge part of my support system. She goes the extra mile to make me feel heard and I have complete faith that I am being treated by the best. The entire group at Functionize is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

I cant say enough about Functionize and their staff. When I moved to Decatur, I had a re-occurrence with lower extremity dysfunction from a herniated disk. After some dry needling and manual therapies, Merci and Lauren got me back on track!
I have been under Lauren's care for several months now, and am very pleased. I've struggled with on-and-off lower back pain (herniated discs) on for 10 years - and she is helping me with relief and strengthening. I have several other orthopedic issues, and she works with me/around these issues during our sessions. I love the one on one attention that I receive at Functionize.

A few months ago, I started seeing Merci for dry needling treatment for pain and headaches related to bruxism. I leave each session with a relief I didn't know was possible! I highly recommend her ... Skilled, kind, never rushed. She has helped me understand how my posture could also be related to my pain and I'm feeling a big difference after utilizing the exercises and stretches she has shown me. I'm so happy I found her!
Lauren has helped me with a severe sciatic impingement. She is so friendly and explains the relationship of nerves in muscles that makes self treatment between sessions so much easier.
