Finished our job in April, in late July we get a bill saying our job costs extra we’ll need to pay more.. ( although we paid what they asked in full the day job was complete). Makes you think less of the company, for sure.... Just prob a honest billing era 😀 but we’re happy with product
Notify customers of delays. We have been waiting for six weeks for a warrantied repair. NO contact has been made. I will be calling when the store opens to find out what is going on, but feel like they dropped the ball.
We love our new deck, pergola and Hot tub! The guys who built the deck and pergola did an awesome job! Everyone was great to work with and although we had a small minor issue with a couple of Jets they quickly responded and immediately fixed it! (Thanks Chris!)
We just bought 10 pieces of outdoor Breezesta furniture for our place at the beach. Dustin was very helpful finding out what was in stock at their other stores and warehouse and giving us realistic dates for ordering new stuff. He also gave us a good deal as we were returning customers. We will be back.
I can not say enough good things about Fun Outdoor Living. I’ll start at the beginning of the project- Andrey was on-time, knowledge and easy to work with. He sat down, came up with a rendering and told us to think about it. No pressure! Once hired, he worked weekends, nights- he was always available for us.
