We love our hot tube we bought there a couple years ago. It works great and I have had no issues with it.
We had TWO outdoor kitchens installed by Fun Outdoor Living at two different addresses and were very satisfied each time. The staff was very attentive and professional. Their prices were below the competition each time. I strongly recommend them.
In May 2018, as we closed on our new home, we needed a new hot tub with therapeutic jets, Mike O'Brien and Julia were very understanding to our specific needs and presented us the tubs that would specifically address our needs. FOL installed a custom patio and firepit in my backyard last month. Andrey F. worked with us to incorporate our ideas and wishes into the design, while also making sure we eliminated some pitfalls that other companies did not bring up when we received their quotes. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to give us options and alternative products to help us stay within our budget. If you are looking to put in a patio and or deck with outdoor kitchen, bar, fire pit sitting area, pool, and hot tubs, then go with Fun Outdoor Living. Ask for Adam to come out to help you design what you are looking for and he will provide you a 3D model within minutes. He was awesome to work with and patient. Had a horrible experience dealing with the store in Cornelius. I live just over two hours away and identified this store as one of the few dealer/distributors for a particular outdoor refrigerator I was looking for. I called on the Sunday prior to Labor Day to inquire about price - I was told they actually had one in stock on the floor (usually a special order item) and that it was in brand new condition.
