We purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub several years ago along with having a pergola erected. The sales experience and install of both were very positive experiences. However, customer service post the sale has sucked. We have had leaks in the hot tub dating back to last October/November that have not been resolved, we have to continue to call to get updates as our hot tub currently sits with paneling pulled off and insulaton falling out, while the last "fixes" for the leaks haven't corrected the problem. The folks at Fun Outdoor Living are awesome! They built us a patio and fire pit this weekend, and it is beautiful. The crew arrived on time, and did a great job. We had purchased a hot tub from them a couple of years ago and the sales/service experience was top notch, so we decided to have them build the fire pit. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an outstanding outdoor space.

Great place for all your backyard fun, spa's , grills, outdoor kitchens , fireplaces , high quality outdoor furniture, ect , very knowledgeable staff,they will take care of you , glad we stopped ...you can't go wrong with fun outdoor living ( Their name says it all !!!
I highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living. Julia was a great help offering brilliant insight on all outdoor appliances and even offered up some ideas about patios that we did not even think about. We've had a 5-star experience with the entire team at Fun Outdoor Living, especially Dustin. We've dreamed of having a hot tub with salt water but didn't know where to start. He's an incredibly knowledgeable guide and helped us make the perfect choice. The hot tub is now a centerpiece of fun with family and friends -- plus it's so relaxing after a long day at work.
