We couldn't be happier with our hot tub and our experience there. John, the owner and Andrey worked very closely with us through the whole process to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. We love our hot tub and use it almost every night! They had amazing customer service. They even let me come into the showroom and do a "wet test" to make sure I liked a lounger seat. They were very professional through out the whole process! I would and have already recommended them to friends.
We finished a backyard project in the fall and we have you to thank! We were stuck in our vision and Andrey helped get our ideas from paper, to a design, to a reality. He came up with a design and offered options to keep us in budget. There was a lot of coordination required and a tight timeline that you always met. Small issues were addressed and all were resolved quickly! We are super happy with our new outdoor space and have you all to thank!
Wanted to tell everyone what a great job Julia done for us over and beyond more than we have ever had with anyone with this company since we purchased our hot tub. We worked with Dustin at the Cornelius store. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with on our back yard project. Dustin has incredible knowledge and was able to make suggestions to save us money as well as work around some challenges we had with our property. Dustin was also able to help us with ways to make our project handicap accessible for our son. Cannot say enough nice things about Dustin, really.
