At the Cornelius location, Jason McDonald gave excellent customer experience; he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. He gave many options and recommendations on things we did not think of, and we did not feel rushed or persuaded in our decisions.
Dustin provided excellent customer service today. he responded to a message I sent about not being able to unlock the hot tub and we were able to solve the problem. Dustin saved the day !

We stopped in at Fun Outdoor Living in Cornelius and talked to Jason M. about swim spas and hot tubs. He gave us a lot of good information in general about each and was so easy to talk with. We are moving to a location in South Carolina where FOL does not service but Jason helped us tremendously. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for any outdoor product drop in to the Cornelius location to buy from Jason!
Excellent service and Art was very helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs. I would highly recommend them to others.
Having a very difficult time with this company. My wife and I hired them, after interviewing three other companies, because they offered a "turnkey" solution for our patio, pergola, and fireplace project. The other companies we interviewed turned out to not be true general contractors so they couldn't take care of permits and such. The sales process with these guys was very easy.
