Delicious! In all the years that I've gone to Full Moon, I've NEVER had a bad experience or meal!
Horrible service and what I can only think of as lazy management when they turn away a customer looking to eat on a gift card. I have never eaten at Full Moon BBQ before but was happy to use a recently acquired birthday gift card to sample their ribs. The staff had no idea how to check the card for its amount and when they asked the manager on duty he simply said, "We don't take gift cards." The attitude cost them a customer. I would rather eat at Dreamland or Saw's nearby than darken the door of Full Moon BBQ.
Went here yesterday.... Great food and customers service.... We need one of these in Decatur Alabama - Great BBQ and sides.
