I’ll start out saying, I’ve owned bikes most of my life, but this was my first new Harley. I’ve never had any other dealership go through what this one did to make sure I was happy. We ended up buying a bike for myself & my wife. We had a few upgrades done to hers, and a few major upgrades to mine. James was our salesman, Garrett worked with us back in Service, & John worked with James & Garrett to make sure that we got what we wanted and it was done the way we wanted. Fort Thunder has a great group of folk. The sales people are awesome and service is very helpful. I like going there a LOT!
Good service, friendly people. Prices are fair both on used and brand new Bikes. Plus they make their Bike Nights Fun with a lot of giveaways. A lot of demos and food trucks and live music as well.
I brought my xg750 a couple of weeks ago about the breaks with out looking really at the bike told me I needed break lines and my warranty didn’t cover it so it would be about $250 I left with no breaks !!! Took it to Harley World and they looked at it and diagnosed the Master Cylinder was bad and the warranty covered it !! Oh it also covers Break Lines !!!! Double Dip ??? I will never bring my bike there again !! And the sad part I bought it there ... 🤬
Was not happy with service dept. have a bad muffler is covered under warranty but because the paper work was not done right when I bought the bike I have to wait till the paper work get changed they know it all came from them they should have put one on the bike and then got the paper work right now I have a muffler with a broke baffle till they fix there mistake

I had a hardship and had to give up my 2017 roadking and they only gave me 12500 for it and turned around and sold it for 17000. then when I came in ready to get back on a bike I was told "price wouldn't stop the sell" but it did they are overpriced and will barely come down. I can't stand behind a company that doesn't appreciate their customers.
