Had problems with my bike on the way there for a scheduled service, called and was told they would call me back to let me know when they could do something I was 40 miles away on the toll road that was at 9:22 am, well here it is 8:15 pm ever heard back good thing I didn’t wait on the side of the road and had a reliable back up plan.
Recommendedwent in a few days ago and was looking for a few things as a birthday gift and Enca was a huge help. I had a dozen questions on different things and she had the answers. Very polite,happy to help and even talked about bikes a little bit. basically I haven't been to Thunder in about 2 yrs probably and it was a nice visit so I will be back more often.
Rolled into Moore and stopped by Fort Thunder and WOW, I have been to Dealerships all over the Country and Canada what a great place and friendly staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Katarina for helping myself my Mother and my wife. You made our visit excellent, what a friendly and great person you are. 2 1/2 hour drive to drop my daughter off at a swim camp not much time but we wanted to stop and look around. Looked around and shopped for about 20 minutes grabbed some merchandise only for them to tell us that all their computers were down that they were only doing cash transactions. That would have been helpful info when we first walked through the doors
Shout out to Frankie, Taylor and Robin. Three very beautiful ladies that helped me pick out some awesome, very fashionable shirts from this kick-ass HD store. They made my experience at Fort Thunder more than just a place for me to shop for a shirt, these ladies had great attitudes, were very fun, and very nice to look at. They could joke with the best of them. These Mamas are a great asset to Fort Thunder and Harley Davidson....... Live To Ride, Ladies!
Kristina and Ashli were both very helpful in the motorclothes department. They got me fitted with my new Pilot Helmet, installed the quick release latches, and adjusted the straps. Very helpful.
Came out today. 1 and half hours to come in. Had the ground work for a deal over the phone. Did the credit check online. We worked on the deal for 3 days while I was out of town. Came in picked the bike out, took the tour, waited. I sit down to go over the paperwork and it's not what we talked about. I understand if they have set business practices but don't tell me over the phone that the deal is good to get me in the door then change it.
