Had a good experience here yesterday. Traded in a Dyna Switchback for a used '19 Electra Glide. Eric (Sales) answered the questions I had and gave a good rundown on the bike. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Brian (Finance) kept the ball rolling in what is always a painful process----paperwork. He was not pushy; just explained what add-ons they had to offer and moved on whenever I made my decision on each. Ft. Thunder easily has the largest inventory of used bikes I've seen at a H.D. dealer ……. they have one to fit your ... read more

All I needed to do was pick out a bike. three hours later after going through their whole "tour of the dealership" to upsell me on parts and service and "Well, our price on used bikes is really just what it says. We don't change it." Needless to say, I didn't and won't ever buy a bike from th... read more

I traded in my '18 Street Glide for an '09 V-ROD. Tom and the guys took care of me quickly, and I was back on the road. Thank you guys for everything. I wasn't happy with the SG, but the V-ROD is exactly what was needed to make me change my mind about Harleys. Thanks again!
