Awesome and inspiring experience!
Very discouraging experience with a bike we had for sale. My husband came in after Fort Thunder misled him with a buy-back promo then spent 4 hours waiting in house for the service team to check out his bike. They ultimately ended up still offering less than they had agreed on, and they were obviously going to turn a profit anyway. Waste of time and very disappointing method of doing business. Would not recommend selling to this dealer.

After your bike’s safety evaluation, it was determined that your bike would need a considerable amount of work to prepare for resale. It’s like a tourist attraction, they sell the experience of Harley Davidson, not just, parts,apparel, and bikes. Everyone is welcomed at the door and given great service . It’s as American as it gets and everyone should take pride in Harley Davidson .
Ryan and Noah were amazing and went above and beyond to get me on a brand new harley. Ryan told me when I first went in that he would get me on a soft tail slim and after working tirelessly to get the financial part to where I could afford it, he kept his word. Noah was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about Harley’s he took the sting out of the whole part of the process we don’t like (financial) .
