Tried dealing with the service department many times. Hit and miss as to how good they are. The last time I went in I hand carried my tire on its rim to be replaced and was immediately informed by the service writer they don’t work on loose wheels. My guess is they want the exorbitant labor rate they charge to remove and replace the wheel. Because of poor service on a few occasions I’m done handing my hard earned money to corporate owned dealers like Fort Thunder. Rich Pindel
