Bought my bike from Noah on 07/15/2020. Great customer service. No pressure from Noah, no trying to sell me on something I didn’t want. Listened to what I wanted and helped me get onto the right bike. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of service from Fort Thunder!
High Five to Noah Cordova at Fort Thunder Harley Davison. I always thought motorcycles looked fun but were too dangerous. Noah took time to tell us all about the triglyde which we eventually bought. He pointed out all the safety features. He was so professional and friendly. Not a high pressure salesman. I liked the fact that we were and are treated as friends not potential buyers.
Noah Cordova was the sales person who helped me make the decision to buy my 2020 Harley Davison triglide. He patiently answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the bike and available accessories. I never felt pressured to buy. I would recommend anyone thinking about buying a bike to look him up.

Good place but abut waiting room There is nothing to have rest tv not working. No coffee Normally any car dealer i go they offer you coffee donut something When you spend at less $800 !!!
Piss on these guys. If you go in and pay cash for something you better be prepared for the run around . If there is a issue with over priced items they wanna mail you a check or give you store credit. . lmao !! rip off joke way of doing business. I stopped doing business here for a reason years ago and should have stuck too my guns on it. anytime you have exemployees telling you how internally jack up they are a person should pay heed too it. I'm done with these guys and will share my sorry experience with all I can.

Mr. Ervin, We were able to refund your special-ordered product although our return policy states “no returns on special ordered items” and waived our 48 hour wait-time to issue you a refund check due to the cash purchase being over $25. If there is something else that we can help you with, please let me know. Our main priority is taking care of the customer.
