RecommendedWas treated well after they screwed up. They had put a chrome kickstand and oil filter on a blacked out bike left several retaining clips off including the one that holds the clutch lever on.Broke the housing on one of my shocks and finished my bike in 2 months for a 14 hour job. I said never again!.. With that said they got a new manager at the time I had spoke with him he had everything fixed free of charge and done the next day. Very happy with FTHD
I will never return to this store. They lied to me on multiple occasions. I would have more respect if they just told me the truth instead of jerking me around for 3 days.
Stopped in before my flight back to Chicago. All the girls in the merch shop were awesome. One of the best Harley dealers I have been to.

A group of us stopped in... one gal, was the most rude, unfriendly thing ever. First time I have ran into a sales girl at a Harley dealership that was totally negative, rude, and pretty condescending... she called one of our group a liar at one point. Never again.
not a great experience. I was lied to on the phone. and the people would not work with me on the bike. its sad I will be buying a bike out of state because the local dealer wasted my time. will not be returning and will be telling all me friends the same!
They follow you around like your going to steal the place. It’s almost as bad as a car lot. We won’t buy a thing from this place ever. Leave people alone! I get that you may make commission but the tactics you use turn people off. We go to the other HD World in OKC and never have this issue.
I will NEVER do business with Fort Thunder again. I've bought more than one new bike from these jokers. Bought my newest one brand new in 2012. I made sure I had them do all the modifications to it right off the bat so it would be covered. Now it's 6 years later, take the bike in for a simple service job on a part they originally modified and they try to rape me on the price. Not to mention they've already had my bike for a month. They lost a longtime customer.
