Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Dr. Mark Frost is an excellent dermatologist and person. Truly compassionate and knowledgeable, he continues to teach via St. Vincent's Hospital and as I have found, those who teach maintain their edge as physicians. Highly recommended...that why I see Mark...I am also a physician and he was my father's dermatologist.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this dermatologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
