I'm with the other folks. Used to be a great pharmacy, now they blame senior citizen delivery drivers for things not delivered and doctors and nurses for not calling in prescriptions. I spoke with two nurses in separate offices about calling in prescriptions but Frontier says they BOTH didn't send them in? Really? BOTH completely separate offices didn't call it in? I have COPD and high blood pressure, let's hope that I don't have a stroke or an asthma attack before the doctors office reopens Monday!
Based on their response to getting my dying mother her medicine ..I do Not recommend this pharmacy. My Mother's first day home on Hospice she went over 9 hours without her comfort medicine. They were to have medicine here at a certain time...6 hours later still NO MEDICINE
Man is this place ridiculous Losing prescriptions that were called in via their system It's been about 30 minutes so far
Recommendedkeep trying to call today. call keeps dropping earlier it said try later. I wonder if it is because of power outage last night.
After speaking with the store manager regarding my concerns and his apologies. I have decided to delete my negative remarks. Most establishments do not go the extra steps to fix a mistake, apologize, or in some cases even acknowledge it. I wound like to say thank you for call and addressing my concerns and I will be using you again- I hope you and your staff have a Happy Thanksgiving.
I went to this pharmacy for three years never had a problem with them when I was a child I went there to get pencils and school stuff but last week I brought my prescription in and they miss counted or one of technicians took 5 of my pills never had this happen to me before but CVS did it to my wife two years ago so we jump in the car and I counted them by time I got to the corner realized that they made a mistake went straight and I got called a liar he wouldn't do anything to find out the truth so ya I gave them a two caus... read more
