Overcharged for a new HVAC system. Rip-off prices, avoid them.
Horrible service. Left us without heat for days and didn't care
Technicians were unprofessional and didn't show up on time. Messy too
Tony and his team were fantastic to work with on a heat pump installation at our home this past summer. He was polite, incredible responsive, gave us competitive pricing, and followed through with scheduling and installation quickly and with great communication. Around the time of installation there was a refrigerant shortage that he navigated with no problem (other companies were quoting long delays), and he helped us out with a completely unreleated warranty issue with our old AC system, going above & beyond. My elderly father's furnace went bad this winter and I needed to coordinate a replacement from Florida. Tony and his team were top notch. He responded quickly, provided a fair price, and installed the replacement unit within 1 business day. Amazing service. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
