Rick Bayless needs to get back in the kitchen at Xoco the food we got there a few days ago was poor at best. I go the Cochinita Pibil and was a poor of representation of what Chef Bayless stands for. It was basically dried pork on a crusty roll and some poorly pickled red onions...bad!!! My wife got the Torta hogada that was salty and again a poor representation of what chef intended...overall bad!!!
It was as great food. I wish the portions were larger. The drinks were strong ;)
Delicious Sangria & Plátanos. Cool vibe & decor inside. Took off one star because cilantro is already mixed in the guacamole; I wanted to omit it.

Lived up to my expectations. If you love real Mexican food you must go here. I have followed Rick Baylis's career and have always wanted to eat at his restaurant. It did not disappoint. Now he needs to open a location in Florida.
