They sold us a car that was totaled the Carfax didn't show it we couldn't the car to drive right another dealer told us there was something wrong with the car's front end. We did a auto check on it and found out it was totaled. They did try to fix the car but it can't be fix and they didn't want to work on a trade. We have got 3 cars from them and that was the last one

My wife brought in our car for service, and after a lot of run-around with Chrysler Customer Care, they finally figured out it was in warranty like she told them from the beginning. The service manager, Ray, then told CCC blatantly that "he didn't want his guys working on this car" and that she should "take it back to the place that worked on it first." Hands down, the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The whole team treated us like family. Jimi Hall went above and beyond to get the deal done, and even though I just met the guy, I felt like I'd known him forever. This might have been the most expensive vehicle purchase I've ever made, but it was the least stressful. That's saying something.
This was not the car shopping experiencing I was dreading it would be. It was a relaxed atmosphere no being stampede on the lot when you arrived. The Jeep I came to look at was a 2016 and no longer available, they worked with me to get a 2017 down to the same price!! I ended up with a nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford and a lower payment than I expected. Everyone was wonderful!
