I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in September of 2017. I looked at it online before going to look at it. I looked at several vehicles before coming to this dealership. Went down and bought a new truck first of January took it back to dealership mis summer for a paint defect. They sent us for an estimate at their local paint shop. Said they would get back with me In a few weeks and get it in and get it taken care of. Only to contact me in over a month and tell me they wasn't going to do anything about it that it was my problem. It was caused by road grime and the weather. What a bunch of bullshit. Iv been speaking to someone since last Wednesday about a jeep trailhawk that was listed on the internet inventory, I had been given the run around and couldn't get any response or returned phone calls so I decided to drive over.. only to find out they sold the jeep our from under me and didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they had sold it !! So a wasted Saturday (which is my only day off through the week) wasted time, wasted gas and everything !!! Nice customer service friendship !!!
