On a recent family vacation to DC, we had to drive through Bristol, TN/VA, when we got pulled over for no tail lights. After receiving a departing gift from the great state of VA, my husband google Jeep dealerships to avoid receiving this same gift again. Google took us to Friendship Jeep and off we drove. Jimi Hall and the staff at Friendship made it a great experience. We came looking for a used car and left with a better deal on a new car in both the purchase price and the interest rate. Brad, Dominic, and Jimi took great care of us. They really listened to what we needed and found us a deal on a vehicle that fit our needs for our lifestyle and budget. Salesman Jimi Hall was very nice and helpful. But trying to get financed with less than perfect credit was terrible. No help at all, they promised to call us the next working day and it's been a week now and no one has called. Not even a courtesy call to say sorry we just couldn't help you! Very disappointed in "Friendship" Dodge!

I get my oil and filter changed the for my Jeep. They was right on the time they said it would be before they could take it back to be service and have a clean waiting area to sit while the vehicle to be service. Nice friendly staff

This place is hands down the best people I've ever dealt with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Jessica Bellamy was awesome to deal with, she never gave up on trying to find us a vehicle that worked for our needs. She texted and emailed us so many vehicles and in the end she found something that fit perfectly for our needs. Needless to say I will be coming back whenever i need another vehicle and I will be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you so much! :)
