We took out jeep that was only one year old to get the air conditioner fixed. My husband was there for 4 hours. He brought the car home which is 10 minutes away. It was making a loud noise under the front right side. He got under it and they hadn't tightened down the splash pan. So we called and and I took it back that evening. The guy said they had started torching them down but he must have got busy doing something else and forgot. I told him my husband had started to but there was a missing bolt. He said oh yeah. Purchased 2018 Ram 2500. Sales person was Jessica Bellamy. She was very knowledgeable about the truck. Best buying experience that I have ever had. Other dealership's could take some lessons from friendship Dodge.

Just purchased 2017 Ram 1500 SLT. Worked with Jessica Bellamy. She is very knowledgeable about her vehicles and more than willing to answer any questions I had. She even contacted my insurance company and informed them that I had traded my 2014 truck in and set up a conference call for verification of new vehicle. Deserves 10's across the board.
