This place is a JOKE and nothing but a circus act. Took my Jeep for a recall then try to charge me $531 bucks. Then after that went to pick it up and had a abs light,traction and 4wd light which never had before. Blamed it on a wheel bearing they had broke doing the recall. BEWARE OF THE SHADY service director ALEX PRATS he is a BOLD FACE LIAR will tell you anything to get you out the door.
Great customer service Brad, Jessica,Corey and the whole crew are just great to work with I feel as I am being treated fair. I am a lifetime customer!

Got a recall on my jeep and they had it fixed in no time. Fast and friendly.
I just bought a 2015 GMC pickup from Friendship Chrysler and worked with Wade Arnold. He was very easy to work with and there was no pressure. The credit department was slow and did not explain my warranty option real good, but I would recommend buying a car there.
I have to say Zach Bunch was amazing to work with, but the finance department has been horrible. We were led on and on. I won’t ever shop there again.
My overall experience with this dealership is nothing less than outstanding. The quality of their vehicles (both new and used) is nothing less than top tier. My family has bought a total of 3 vehicles from Friendship. If in the future I am ever looking for another they will be my first stop, and I will recommend them to any and everyone that I meet that is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Jessica at CJDR of Bristol. I could not ask for better service and guidance.
