Very unprofessional and when asked about charges added by the dealership that the customer didn't ask for I was told I could go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else and Saturday I bought a new Grand Cherokee limited from Tri cities in Kingsport because they went above and beyond to earn my business! Friendship is a joke!

Watch service, they will sell you items you don't need. Liars and theives. I'd go to another dealership if I were you. Definitely didn't need brakes.
These people will rip you off! Got a used Nissan Altima from this place. Twenty-five miles later, the check engine light came on. They told us to take it to the Nissan dealership so they could look over it. Found a leak in the gas tank hose. Friendship refused to pay for it, because we got the car "as is." Do not go to these people. They don't care about their customers! They'll take your money, then "so long, sucker!"
Mannnnnn!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT to my friends Roger Clark (Service Manager) and Brad King (General Sales Manager) at Friendship in Bristol. My truck is my business, without it I can not work. I recently noticed my hitch bending and found that the factory installed hitch was missing a center bolt causing it to bend!!!! I refuse to drive an unsafe vehicle on the road with others families.
