From the very first phone call to the business Friendly Plumber, speaking to Jess on Reception, I could see how professional, efficient and definitely how friendly they are. They sent Oscar to my home, no call out fee, to do an inspection and a quote, he was very friendly and caring, he did the repairs a week later to perfection, I now have peace of mind. I would highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to use them again if needed. Good job, well done, a very happy customer.
Lovely, helpful team. They identified the gas leak on their first visit and fixed it there and then. They worked after regular hours to get it done. The other plumbing quote that I had only found a much more extensive, much more expensive roundabout solution or required a follow-up visit to actually detect the leak.
