my experience was very"friendly". Steve Nawa greeted me with a smile and and took care of business with no glitches and in a timely manner. all employees treat you with respect. it's a great environment to take your vehicle for maintenance. highly recommend.
I go in for an oil change. They say one hour wait. 2 hours to change oil and an hour for a car wash....omg!
