I just recently bought a 2020 Soul, and my radio doesn’t work right. I haven’t even made my first car payment yet, and I’m having nothing but issues with my Apple CarPlay! Service staff has not been able to help, they even kept my car for a week without even diagnosing the problem! I’m convinced they just let it sit there and didn’t even attempt to fix anything!
