I'm glad I went there to have my laptop repaired, excellent service, friendly and thoughtful employee's. I will use them again if I have any more problems.
"Excellent" is the appropriate word for sure. The Friendly Computers gang is helpful, patient and thorough. No matter what dumb thing I asked, they answered with a reassuring tone, never condescending. I hope I don't have to call on them anytime soon, but if I do, I will not hesitate.
Friendly Computers will get your equipment in and out quickly and do it for a reasonable amount of $$!
Was having trouble with my laptop, tried to use the reload disks and then it went blank. So I take it to Friendly Computers , and they said no problem. They checked the hardware to make sure no problems and then got me going. Loaded windows 10, and even moved music from an external hard drive on to the laptop for me. GREAT JOB!
