Used these guys for 3 years, best in Omaha! I am what you would consider "technicially challenged". Friendly Computer has built several PCs for my wife and myself. They do quality work at a great price, and they're so easy to work with. If you're looking for a basic machine or one that can edit video like the one that they just built for me, give them a call!
I came into their store today looking to get some hardware upgrades for my old beloved laptop. After talking to one of their service reps, he gave me some helpful advice. He told me that the work that needed to be done to modernize it would be too much of a hassle, and that I would be better off getting a new laptop. I own a business and needed assistance getting my newly purchased laptop set up to remote into my office. I called and within two hours a tech called and got me going in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend Friendly PC.
Was prompt in troubleshooting my computer. And was able to find some extra memory at a reasonable price.
My old computer died. Friendly PC was recommended by the store where I bought the old one. FPC saved my data and outfitted me with a new one. I'll be back soon to get a complete check up on my system.
