Took a laptop in to have the hard drive replaced and the system updated with windows 10. Got it home turned it on and before I could do anything the Zeus virus was detected. Wasn't even connected to the Internet yet. Tried to use my virus protector, but it did nothing. Now all I have is a blue windows screen, nothing comes up on the start/windows button and I am out $310.

Great speedy service. Honest and friendly company. Helped me keep my shows going on time. With a full weekly show schedule, I needed my puter everyday and they came thru when I needed them in one (1) day. Give them a try and you will know what it means to have great service.

I was directed to Friendly Computers when my computer crashed and I wanted to retrieve some documents. I also needed to replace my computer so asked advice about offerings in different ads. Jerrod explained the differences...and also explained that those systems were so inexpensive because they were 'dinosaurs'. We agreed he would build a computer for me.
