Fast service, knowledgeable techs, good pricing We had the geek squad tell us our computer needed to be completely reloaded. It was going to take 2 to 3 weeks and cost a few hundred dollars. We almost gave in and bought a new computer from best buy, but decided to get a second opinion first.
