Will never use them again! – The service I received was completely unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered to me were wilted and some of the stems were broken. When I called to see if they would correct the issue they blamed the issue on me. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to take my call after 5 attempts. You might think twice before using this organization as there are definitely less expensive florists and the service could not be this bad!

Great Selection, Great Service – I went to Freytag's to pick out some flowers for Valentine's Day. The staff was great in their recommendations, and the flowers I chose were beautifully put together (not to mention they radiated a wonderful aroma). I'll definitely be back the next time I need flowers.
