Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
