We are no longer coming to this dental office, because we’re never there less than 2-3 hours regardless of the treatment or appointment time. They leave you in a room and go work on other patients.

Not for the faint hearted. You feel like you're in a cattle roundup. Very harried staff, trying to keep up with the stampeed

took 2 weeks for my tooth to get pulled when i did get appt stressed to them i have low sugar and needed appt for morning which was not able to get so i took afternoon appt at 245 when the office manager as she said she was took me in no greeting nothing matter of fact i sid hello and she said nothing i waited till 313 and asked how much longer because i was starting to feel week as my sugar was dropping and she was so nasty i tried to explain this to her amanda and all she was doing was talking over me instead of understand... read more

Was this provider's staff friendly? No Was this provider compassionate to you and your situation? Not at all Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Somewhat Did you think that this provider was thorough with you during your appointment? No Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty? This provider wasn't even competent in their own field let alone offering me guidance in any other area.

I like this dentist its not just a dentist its a dental hospital .. they can take care of everything you need done .. the staff is helpful and kind ... rest assured you will get top notch care here

Very unperfessional was so disappointed had to have my tooth pulled ,so I was seen by dr. Lewis was horrible experience ,never again.treat people like you are a piece a meat no feelings .

Absolutely Did the waiting room smell clean? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No
