Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Would you recommend this dentist to others? No Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience it appears as if customers are never put first here, it's all about scamming the insurance companies and making more money. Unnecessary & excessive treatments were performed on me, I was sent home with exposed teeth (holes where fillings existed), and I got an infection and had to take penicillin for over a week.
