Yes, they went above and beyond Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
