Nan was so good, I didn't have any "grit" after my polishing!
My cleaning was thorough and also gentle, with no discomfort, in a pleasant atmosphere.
Despite the change in ownership, the new staff are equally friendly and helpful. Happy to see that Nan is still there doing the cleanings as I always feel comfortable with her and enjoy her cheerful personality.
Staff is friendly and professional. My hygienist knew her job well and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Maggie was gave clear explanations of my overall dental health and what I can do to better maintain my teeth and gums. No one tried to upsell me on whitening ect. I highly recommend Fresh Smiles if you're looking for a dentist in the Capitol Hill area.
From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr Maggie everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Fresh Smiles to anyone.
Dr. Maggie has continued the high quality bar left from Dr Felix. She and her team took the time to listen and then explain each aspect of care and how it related to my individual situation. At the end of my visit, I felt confident about my dental care now and into the future.
This is a dentist's office where you can leave your worries behind. I have always been treated with respect and their gentle techniques have eased my worries about dental procedures.
Nan cleaned my teeth yesterday and it was the best teeth cleaning I have yet to experience. No discomfort physically and Nan was so friendly and at ease.
