I have been going to Dr Marcial for many years and always received very excellent care. Yesterday I had my six month cleaning and check-up and met Dr Maggie. I was very impressed and plan to keep going there for my dental needs. Everyone is very nice and they listen to concerns that we have.

People are friendly and they take early appointment which helps me to schedule work after the dental appointment. I would recommend it to my friends!

I fell and badly injured my front teeth. I was able to get in right away. Everyone was very helpful and even made a phone call for me to make a referral appointment. I felt all the staff were truly concerned and went out of their way to be helpful.

I had an dental emergency recently. This was my first experience with the new team at Fresh Smile. I was scheduled within 24 hours, seen on time by the dentist which is very important to me. The office team also went above and beyond facilitating my paperwork with my insurance. Great service.

So far so good with the office now being owned/run by Dr. Maggie, vs. Dr. Felix Marcial (who I thought was excellent). I walked into to my 6-month cleaning telling the hygienist and Dr. Maggie that after this visit I would probably see a dentist near where I live (Ballard) vs. trekking across town to Capitol Hill. When I moved away from Capitol Hill in 2005 I kept visiting Dr. Marcial because of his excellent work. Well, Dr. Maggie won me over and I'm going to keep making the trip and give it a go with her.
