I've been going here for years, Nan the dental hygienist is the best. So nice and charming - and most importantly fantastic at her job. My teeth are shiny and clean! I'll miss Dr. Felix, but the new dentist seems great as well.
Very nice and efficient receptionists, clear explanation of work needed from Dr. Zhang and - above all - my favorite hygienist Nan. She's the best.
any concerns I might have had after Dr. Felix Marcial bequeathed his practice were assuaged after a recent visit. from the front-desk personnel to RDH Nan to Dr. Maggie herself, everyone has picked up where Dr. Felix left off. thanks to the professionalism of Dr. Maggie & the expert staff, I'll be back for more regular visits.
The doctor was excellent at communicating information and personally engaging. I was please see my hygienist still with practice. Front desk customer service was knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive.
Just had a routine cleaning and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. She patiently answered all of my questions.

I've had only good experiences here. Both the dentist and the staff are very nice. They do a thorough job taking care of your teeth. No complaints!
My long-time dentist recently sold his practice, so I wondered if there would be much change on this my first appointment with Dr. Zhang. My regular (and much loved) hygienist Nan was still there and I had my customary excellent experience with her. Dr. Zhang was very nice, well-informed about my case and took the time to explain any changes in my oral health and make plans for follow up. The procedure was painless and Maggie told me what was happening the whole time. Everyone in the office is pleasant to work with. Also, I didn't feel like they were trying to charge me for anything unnecessary.
