Extremely disappointed with Fresenius home care instructions my mother has been given for her dialysis machine at home, including setup, prep and trouble shooting. No on-call nurse was available with the 3 numbers she was given. She had to call Baxter for help 3 nights in a row over the weekend because of alarms. Today,, She drove 2 hrs from her Michigan home to give samples of fluid to only be told she did it wrong and needed to repeat. Where is the educational help and instructions for your patients.
