We had an appointment today and it went better than I would have expected. He loved looking at the fish tank. The staff is very professional and are so nice. I know my son can be a handful but they were quick and my son didn't cry. (Which is a first, he used to cry all the time where we used to go) When we left, he smiled and waved bye. The staff makes you feel very welcomed. They truly are the best!
Today was my first time visiting Fresca Dental & I must say I LOVED my visit. the staff were so helpful, I didn't have my son insurance card but the ladies up front helped me all the way! I literally was in the office 15 mins & we were a walk in. If I could I would give the office 10 stars!!! Clean, nice place, & wonderful customer service. Kingston & I have our new dental home!! Thank you to everyone in the office.
