Always get the fish dip! This place is the best. It is the place all the locals go for great food. If you get bad service then welcome to Frenchy's and do not come back yankee. People come here for amazing good food at a low price and a good local atmosphere.
Service a d food were great! I had a few rum runners, the shrimp Diablo and the grouper rueben. All were great My husband had Captain Morgan Coconut Rum and bacon wrapped scallops that were also super yummy. would love the recipe for the shrimp Diablo. Fabulous!!! We will go there again when we visit next time. Thank you for making our first trip to Clearwater memorable.
Googled "fun places to eat near me". They tout their grouper sandwich. It was horrible. I'm from Missouri and it tasted worse than bottom feeding catfish from our lakes. I've had grouper many times in Florida, and never has it been this bad. Fried, greasy and gross! Service was great and the place was crowded, so there's got to be something on the menu drawing the crowd.
Always my favorite place while on vacation from Indiana. My husband and I have recently moved to florida. We're an hour away. So we'll be back sooner.. best Buffalo grouper sandwich ever!
What can I say? A terrible experience, wait 30 minutes for a table, another 30 minutes to serve the food which was fine when you have nothing else to eat; The only thing was quick was the bill, because they occupied the table for another customer. Would I recommend this place? No. If I want to go back? No, never again. I give 1 star because the bathroom was clean.
