I've used 5 Star for several interior detailing jobs and the car looked great afterwards. The car washes are hit or miss. It's just a basic wash and will not be perfect but haven't had the troubles that others have experienced.

There is no better place to get a car wash or detailing around. They have brought my car back to looking brand new each time I have gotten the full package. As a car wash club member, I can't think of a better deal.
If you live in the Winchester area, you should try the 5 Star Autowash. It is wonderful. They do such a good job. I even go up there from Lynchburg.
Had my truck washed there today overall good job done but doesn't get all the brake dust off alloy wheels but overall satisfied.
The whining complaints on here crack me up! LOL Whining that $25 spent didn't make their car look brand new again? OMG.... a bug spot!!!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!! This place is GREAT. I get my oil changed here every 3,000 miles and get a FREE wash, including the interior! No, this is not a spit shine to perfection - this isn't exactly the President's limo, after all. The rinse process always leaves a lot of soap on my vehicles. This is annoying.
