I have taken my cars here many times and been pleased with the package purchased. Yesterday I was very disappointed. I paid 29.00 plus tip and today I am wiping down the interior, washing my floor mats and sweeping and vacuuming my interior because it appears as if floor mats were just left in and vacumned around. What happened to their quality service? Do yourself a favor and just do the wash. The rest is just money wasted. Use to brag on this place. Even purchased gift certificates here. No more.

My husband and I took our vehicle in for a cleaning. We paid $26 to have it washed, wiped down, and vacuumed. When we got the car back, we had to wipe it down because it was still dirty. They had not wiped off the door handles, mirrors, the black trim, and many other areas. We took it to the so-called Manager, and he laughed about it. He said, as he laughed about it, "Yea, they should have cleaned that better or that they don't clean those areas." We will no longer waste our money at this business. I only get my car washed and detailed at 5 Star. My husband and I have been going since they opened.

Unfortunately, pet hair is something that typically requires additional time to remove from vehicles and you were not charged for the additional time to remove the pet hair. I got the $9 wash last week & my car was nice & clean. Can't imagine how good the higher washes are!! I'm headed back today to get it washed after driving on I81 in the rain

I bought the premium wash ($17) and my car was still dirty. Then they gave me the next level up wash and I still had to wipe dirt off of it and it scratched my mustang! Smh. Never going there again.

Vehicle was washed and waxed, interior cleaned as expected. BUT, before entering the car wash I needed to pull out of line to remove my antenna. When entering back into line I asked about being sure I received the wash I paid for but the attendant did not speak English and needed to turn off the car wash and get someone who could understand. Overall, the wait was about 5 min., causing those in front of me already in the wash to have to wait as well as myself. This is a problem that really needs to be remedied.

I just love how clean the guys get my car when they clean the inside at the carwash. It not only looks great but feels and smells good too.
