Very busy today, lines moved fast but the pre-wash wasn't great. Person on drivers side didn't pre-wash running board and missed all the gravel/road salt, which was still on running board after car wash. Vehicle still had soap on after being rushed through, normally receive a great wash, but with so many vehicles today, they didn't pay attention to vehicles as they normally do. Did-appointed today, but did get most of the road salt off my truck.

I really like this car wash! The only decent spot in the area that has CLOTH wash. Those water-only car washes are junk and don’t get my car clean.

Avoid this place like the plague! You open the trunk for vacuuming so that the workers can wipe off the seams, and they act like you have 2 heads or something. They also billed our credit card for a month we didn't use without a signed agreement when our car was in the shop with parts on back order even after we had duly notified them. Then they wanted to inconvenience us further by having us to come in to cancel. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Unfortunately, wash clubs are automatically billed on a monthly basis and we were not informed that you car was in the shop until 2 weeks after you were already billed. We do allow customer the opportunity to move their tag to another vehicle so they can continue to use their wash club if their primary vehicle is unavailable.
