Always, prepared for busy days...employees are friendly and helpful, line moves quickly and my car looks great!
For many years I've been a wash club member. Sunday I go through wash and it shatters my vent visor . Tonight I finally had a chance to go and tell them. I get sorry but we aren't libel for it. So I said then cancel my membership. Very quick on getting form to sign and cancel. I know it's not the persons fault just sure that's what they were taught/told to do. So after all these years I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Drive through does fair job on my car but always still dirty around the edges

Thanks for leaving us a review Stephanie. We're sorry to hear that the edges are still dirty on your vehicle after the wash. We do offer a wash where you could bring your vehicle into our express belt where our detail technicians could hand dry your vehicle. That usually will address any missed spots from the wash tunnel. We are always trying to improve our services to produce a cleaner, shinier, dryer vehicle.
The basic wash is perfect for getting the salt knocked off the car. I had the Valpak coupon for $2.00 off which made it $7.00. I think that is reasonable to keep me from having to turn on my outside water in the winter and wash my own car.
I try to go every time I am in the Winchester area. Always good service and courteous treatment.
I always use this car wash, never a problem! Great service.
The staff is friendly and helpful . I have never tried the frozen yogurt but I like frozen yogurt so I will have to give it a try. The car wash is good to better depending on which one you get. I buy the coupon for a month of washes with suits me fine. .
