Had a membership a long time ago. Told u one thing but entirely different info embedded in contact. Should have learned my lesson back then. Thought they had changed. Well they did change their contracts, but still using unethical practices. When I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, they have me a phone number to call. When I called the number, they told me I had to send an email and then it would be cancelled after 30 days notice given by sending email...RIPOFF
I was visiting over the weekend, Saints game, and had a chance to get a lifting session in. I wasn't expecting much because of the size, my home gym is a big box 24 hr Fitness, but man oh man was I surprised. Excellent selection of free weights, db's that go up to 140 lbs. and machines such as Hammer Strength etc. I preferred this gym to my home gym. Awesome facility and the hydro-jet massage beds were a nice way to polish off a session.
I go to the Metairie location, the staff is great, friendly people. I enjoy going to the gym again! Would recommend this gym.
