Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They moved locations without any notification and then transferred my membership to the Metairie location which is not reasonably reachable by bike. Would not cancel my membership and when I called to try and resolve the issue, the Manager started talking smack. Reporting them to the BBB and warn highly against signing a contract with these shady characters.
Similar issue! They took my money and provided no product. Refused to provide a refund and told me I sign a non-negotiable contract (that I never was able to read or provided a copy up prior to raising up hell trying to get my money back). This gym and company is the worse!! Beware!!!!
Beware of the company. Was ripped off and treated poorly.
The machines are always broken. No one wipes the machines down. Hardly anyone works during operating hours. Will never workout there ever again, nor recommend it to anyone I know.
Stole over 500 dollars from my wife by “personal trainer fees” and made her sign something electronically and didn’t receive a copy of the contract and then didn’t find out until later and when asked she got the run around and they wouldn’t return the money even though she never used it and immediately canceled the membership fee which she payed to cancel. Gym staff was great and friendly. The company itself was absolutely horrible. They sent my wife threatening letters telling her to pay or they would sue her after she was placed on bed rest by her doctor during her pregnancy. She was told to provide medical paperwork stating she was unable to work out. Once she did, they still harassed her. I will never spend a penny in this place and I will steer all of my friends away from this horrible business.
It is a great and affordable place work out at. I am truly getting my money's worth.
