Disappointed about the one on Veterans Blvd. Went for a year and decided to renew. When COVID happened I could not go. Had a doctor note for my medical problem but it was not accepted to stop my membership til I could return. I was told it would cost me $25 a month to extend my membership. So I said let me cancel and get money back. Then once this is over I can rejoin. Then I was told I would only get $11 back if I did that. Most unethical company. I called to tell them I'm pregnant and can no longer attend the gym for the rest of my pregnancy and they were sorry they had to keep charging me every month instead of freezing the account until my pregnancy was over and I could come back to the gym. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend it.
Bettina Buval has been my trainer for over five years now! She has the patience of a saint! She has challenged me to reach my goals and understands that I am not a twenty something anymore!! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to start a fitness training regimen!!!!! Thank you bounce!!!!
Rip off! I had a lifetime contract and 5 dollar renewal but would not honor it!
Horrible business practices and sub par gym. Knowingly signs up customers at a locations they are planning to close with 0 notice and says that the location 20min away is reasonably close enough to not let customers out of 3mo old contract. Never do business with these scam artists. 0/10.
