The staff are nice and friendly but the company itself has a bad business model regarding their contracts. You can't cancel them. I called paramount to cancel a month before my contract ended and still they charged me. I called to see about disputing the charge but, they said they have no control over that. I knew this was bogus because the gym itself can't cancel memberships. Stuck in limbo I did what I dreaded doing and cancelled my debit card. Don't see what's up with the lower scores... It's a gym....
The whole membership plan is a scam. BEWARE. And my membership fee doubled every couple of months with no warning! Way better gyms with way better customer service. Poor poor experience.
Pricilla is rocking it out as my new trainer
I think that adding Pricilla as a trainer was a great idea! She's got people talking... , she gives great cheer ons and great workouts that challenge you! You will be a sweaty mess when she's done with you! Lol
They have the best instructors and a huge variety of classes to attend - Zumba, GuttsNButts (toning), Power Hour (weights), Urban Dance, Step, Yoga, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of machines and no judgement. Missed going so much when I had a tennis injury.
